Seriously. Between 3rd and 2nd Avenues on 5th Street. No Parking Signs between 4-6PM. EVERY SINGLE DAY there are cars parked there. This causes the busses to leave their typical bus lane and try to merge in with bumper to bumper traffic. Why do these people not receive tickets and are towed? Where is the Minneapolis Police Department? Why, they're only 2 blocks away. Ugh. *steps off her soapbox*
